Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager regarding site issues.
  • Monitor Minor Works and A&A projects in progress, ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
  • Coordinate closely with Minor Works/A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
  • Liaise with project officers, subcontractors, and in-house workers on the daily progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage staff deployment for Minor Works/A&A projects and handle necessary administrative tasks.
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with projects and site operations.
  • Prepare quotations and costing for Minor Works/A&A projects.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management/building maintenance industry
  • Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task
  • Have good documentation practice
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
