Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Conduct building inspections and coordinate repairs for building fabric and facilities.
Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures.
Monitor service delivery, maintain proper documentation, and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations
Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager and Engineer.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Positive attitude, strong safety mindset (displays good WSH behavior), and willingness to learn.
Good documentation and multitasking abilities
