Technical Officer

1. Assist to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, with a focus on providing high levels of service

and response times

2. Assist to provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the different security,

mechanical and electrical systems as company's product, such as CCTV, card access control systems,

and cable pathway systems (Conduit, Cable tray and Rack)

3. Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and

electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times

4. Follow Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures

and maintain all relevant written records as applicable

5. To perform outdoor operational and maintenance activities

6. Attend to any operational and maintenance issues

7. Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards

8. Assist in project related activities that includes deployment, installation and testing

9. Be available for on call and stand by duty procedures and other responsibilities required

10. To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times

11. Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve

Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or

unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly

12. Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times

13. Other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor
