TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver project outcomes on schedule and with high quality standards
• Maintain and monitor the design program by managing interfaces and tracking progress to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate design-related matters with Consultants and Clients to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Analyze and resolve technical problems encountered by the project team to maintain workflow continuity
• Develop and manage the shop drawing submission schedule, focusing on RC and Archi drawings, ensuring orderly and timely submittals
• Compose technical proposals that support project requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Optimize design solutions to comply with construction standards, regulatory frameworks, contractual specifications, and buildability requirements
• Communicate the latest drawing content and requirements clearly to the construction team to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate actively in Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, and Site Meetings to drive project alignment and decision-making
