Roles & Responsibilities:
TechnicalManager, must be responsible in leading the technical coordination and design management aspects of construction projects.Lead the conceptual and detailed design of cleanroom environments including HVAC, filtration, pressurization, airflow patterns, and contamination control strategies
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical & electrical, architectural and process engineers
Review and approve design specifications, equipment selections, and technical submittal
Manage risk and ensure constructability in design decisions for cleanroom systems
Manage commissioning plans, protocols, and schedules to ensure timely system startup and qualification
Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and work closely with construction and QA/QC teams to resolve them
Document commissioning results, prepare as-built records, and lead final turnover packages
Oversee installation, functional testing, and system verification of cleanroom-related systems (e.g., HVAC, automation, clean utilities)
Interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align design and commissioning strategies with project goals
Lead system handover process, including performance validation and client sign-off
Support construction and procurement teams with technical input and engineering clarifications
Job Requirements:Degree in Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in high-tech or regulated environments such as semiconductor or pharmaceutical facilities within a construction or engineering consultancy environment
