Job Description:

  • Engage with key accounts to understand business needs, technical requirements, and challenges to inform solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop tailored proposals, technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients during the pre-sales phase to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to validate solution design, scope, and feasibility before client submission.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, incorporating market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, define specifications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Gather insights from customer engagements to inform product strategy, enhancements, and localization efforts for the regional market.
  • Communicate with Japanese technical department (Panasonic Connect HQ) in Japanese to ensure alignment on technical solutions and client engagements

Job Requirement:

  • Have a thorough understanding of B2B/B2G solutions business, solution architecture and pre-sales activities.
  • Have more than 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience as a front-end SE addressing customer challenges in the public sector.
  • Able to accurately create and review solution designs, technical proposals, PoC documentation, and product requirement documents, ensuring clarity of message and technical correctness.
  • Able to ensure a high level of quality in work delivered by team members and cross-functional collaborators, while continuously improving technical and product outputs.
  • Familiar with Japanese firm operations.
  • Have experience in defining customer requirements, providing proposals in pre-sales context, and leading solution implementation.
  • Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English vice versa (Business level)
