Create development strategy/plan along with project management team
Support project management activities such as SOW creation, vendor management, estimation & schedule management
Participate & lead project proposal creation by leverage application modernization strategy and latest technologies
Handle technical architecture, application design followed by system development, testing & migration and BAU support
Set development standards, guidelines and process improvements
Ensure project status report to senior management communication both in relation to the internal and external project stakeholders
Handle risk management and take necessary measures to mitigate project risks and issues
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or its equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of IT service experience and 5+ years of experience across Banking products implementation and delivery
Experience in multi-tasking, handling multiple projects and deliverables
Experience of multi branch application roll-out with single centralized system
Experience in system integration development and maintenance services
Hands-on with application design functions (e.g. database design, backend business logic design, Screen Design, E2E Business workflow)
Experiences of programming and development skills with JAVA / J2EE and Oracle DB
Good to have experience in OS (Windows & Linux), middleware software configuration design & installation in mission critical systems in IT system implementation projects
Experience of System development with Japanese Oriented Companies (JOC) is preferred
Experience of work with financial institutions, especially of JOC Banks is preferred
Excellent customer interfacing skills, including the ability to work with users of all skill levels and organizational levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including must have hands-on experience in MS office (especially PowerPoint & excel)
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
Good to have understanding and work experience on ITSM standards, processes, guidelines and provide the best practices
