Job Description & Requirements
The Technical Manager monitors adherence to the organisation's risk management procedures and develops a framework to manage risk in the organisation, and oversees the implementation of workflow improvements that may enhance customers satisfaction.
The Technical Manager closes out all vetting, audit and investigation observations to prevent recurrences. He/She has a good understanding of the technical and operational matters and possesses good analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision making skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Support to clients 24X7 upon call.
Need to assist the clients in case of any issues on the related field.
Should be support & resolve problem for different teams.
Should be able to resolve the issues within time limit.
Job locations will varies from local to outstation with client requirement.
Job timings may varies from other than normal working hours, need to work on holidays if required .
Requirements
Bachelor/Masters in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum have 5 years of experience in corresponding field.
Candidates with prior experience as an Engineer in Singapore have an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand products in sufficient depth and prior involvement in project management activities
