Experience
- M&R, Technical Fleet Operation: ≥ 5 years
- ISO Tank Industry: ≥ 5 years
- Familiar with IT and Cost Control management systems
Qualifications
- Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree in any Technical Engineering disciplines related to ISO Tank Industry
Responsibilities
- In-charge for technical, maintenance and repair activities across Asia
- Confidently reviewing, validating and approving repair estimates submitted by depots
- Ensure works are justified, cost effective and compliant with company & industry standards
- Efficiently challenge discrepancies, escalate issues and monitor repair execution to ensure timely completion
- Manage tank testing activities - such as periodic, pressure and leakage
- Actively support asset turnaround to minimize repair and testing lead times
- Monitor idle units and ensuring tanks are released on time for next lease
- Closely collaboration with internal &external stakeholders
- Engage with customer related to repair estimates and provide tech support to Sales for complex modifications
- Cost control and data accuracy are central to this position and documentation is a core part
- Validate and summarize M&R costs, support accurate cost allocation
- Prepare M&R reports, timely system updates to repairs, accruals and documentation
Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge of ISO tank containers and repair standards
- Hands-On experienced n maintenance and repair operations
- Team Player, Service Minded, High-Integrity and Pragmatic
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with China Chinese associates
- Open to Singaporean/PR and Employment Pass Holder
