Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

• Oversee & plan the erection, climbing, modification, and dismantling of tower cranes.
• Conduct technical inspections, load tests, and commissioning of cranes.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer manuals, engineering drawings, and safety standards.
• Review lift plans, load charts, and site layouts for feasibility and safety.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, certifications, and technical reports.
• Support risk assessments, method statements, and safety audits.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site personnel when required.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience with tower cranes (installation, maintenance, or site engineering).
• Experience on high-rise or large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and crane manuals.
• Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical crane components.
• Ability to work under pressure in site environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours or shifts as required by project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of tower crane systems, load charts, and lifting mechanics.
