Technical Manager (Electrical)

Salary: SGD 6,000 - 9,500
Work Days: 5.5 days/week (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm)
Location: East (Changi Village area)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Manager (Electrical) to lead the electrical design process, ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Singapore standards, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical design strategies for assigned projects.

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery within schedule and budget.

• Oversee the end-to-end design process and provide technical guidance and governance.

• Advise on materials selection and support procurement-related technical matters.

• Liaise with clients to align design deliverables with project requirements and expectations.

• Review designs with strong emphasis on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements and Singapore standards/codes.

• Maintain accurate design documentation, records, and submissions.

• Manage design schedules, deliverables, and resource planning to meet project milestones.

• Keep up to date with changes in building legislation and applicable codes of practice.

• Prepare and submit Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and drawings for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with relevant design experience.

• Professional Engineer (PE), Singapore registration is an advantage.

• Independent, analytical, and highly motivated, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
