- Position: Technical Manager (CCTV / Security Systems / ELV)
- Location: Outram (Office-based)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Transport Allowance/Reimbursement + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mobile Reimbursement + Birthday Leave + Health Insurance

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service and maintenance operations for security systems
- Supervise and guide a team of Technical Officers
- Act as the main point of contact for client service-related matters
- Plan service scope, resource allocation, and project timelines
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service commitments
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
- Handle service escalations, troubleshooting, and complaints
- Improve processes, workflows, and technical documentation
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on expertise in security / CCTV / ELV systems
- Experience leading a team or supervising projects is preferred
- Strong communication and client management skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients
- Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning is an advantage
