We are looking for a passionate Technical Manager to join the team managing the Caller Name ID Registry (CNIR) platform, an important nationwide initiative that supports anti-scam measures in Singapore. The role is responsible for overseeing core system operations, ensuring security, stability, data integrity, and performance. You will work closely with stakeholders including internal teams, vendors, and business users to deliver operational excellence.
. Manage end-to-end operations and lifecycle of assigned systems, ensuring availability, reliability, resilience, security, and performance
. Lead system upgrades, integrations, changes, and migration projects
. Oversee incident, problem, and service request resolution
. Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned systems
. Manage vendor performance, service delivery, and contractual obligations
. Manage system budgets, expenditures, and procurement exercises (tender specs, evaluation, contract negotiation)
. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field
. At least 5 years of relevant experience
. Experience in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure certifications advantageous)
. Strong knowledge in IT project management (PMP/ITIL beneficial)
. Good understanding of cybersecurity principles (CISSP/CCSP beneficial)
. Proven experience in managing vendors and cross-functional teams
. Experience with Unix/Windows system administration is an advantage
. Strong analytical thinking, self-driven, and able to stay updated with new technologies
