Technical Lead (Oracle)

The Technical Lead - Oracle will be responsible for the following:

• Run the day to day operations, support and uptime of Oracle application systems, keeping service performance in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Oversee Oracle data integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and make sure everything is ready to go during peak academic periods
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management, including major incident escalations, root cause analysis and Oracle patch releases
• Manage vendor performance, service reviews and stakeholder engagement to keep service delivery on track
• Lead and mentor the operations team, plan resource capacity and drive continuous service improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field
• 4 to 6 years in IT service delivery or operations management, with at least 1 to 2 years supporting enterprise Oracle environments
• Experience with Oracle applications, Oracle Database, APIs, middleware, ETL and LMS integrations
• ITIL v3/v4 certified with experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Experience in Higher Education or the Singapore public sector is an advantage
