Technical Lead – Microsoft 365
Location: Singapore – Ang Mo Kio | Experience: Senior/Lead level
Preference: Singapore Citizens / PR

Lead the end-to-end Microsoft 365 ecosystem, covering solution architecture, operations, security, governance, automation, and digital workplace transformation. The role will manage enterprise M365 services, drive migrations and modernization, evaluate new capabilities such as Copilot/AI, and provide technical leadership to stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise operations across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Purview, Defender, Entra ID, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Design and implement scalable Microsoft 365 solutions and integrations.
- Drive M365 migration, modernization, PoCs and new technology adoption.
- Manage security, compliance, governance, availability and performance.
- Automate M365 administration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Provide architecture guidance, technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management.
