Job Description:
We are seeking two (2) highly skilled and experienced Technical Leads to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is afull-time, senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence tocoding standards and best practices.
. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance ofour software applications.
. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define andprioritize project requirements.
. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and make recommendationsfor improvements to our development processes.
. Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them to grow their technical skills andadvance their careers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, demonstrating strong leadershipand technical expertise.
. Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in relevant programminglanguages and frameworks.
. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and bestpractices.
. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
