They are currently seeking a Technical Lead/ Lead Developer to play a pivotal role in the growing journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale technology projects that enhance our crypto trading platforms, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Engage in hands-on technical development alongside guiding development teams, contributing expertise in Java.
- Estimate project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery while tracking progress and resolving dependencies.
- Design and monitor metrics that drive informed decision-making to achieve initiative goals.
- Balance technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate the creation of documentation for various audiences and maintain streamlined deployment workflows.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 7 years software application environments.
- Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure, particularly in Java.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across diverse business units.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for aligning diverse groups towards common objectives.
- Proficiency in facilitating meetings, summarizing documentation, setting up processes, and driving automation.
- Skills in guiding teams to transform knowledge for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
