Their digital therapy platform, consisting of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team and drive both technical excellence and team growth.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals with 6–10 years of software development experience and proven experience in technical leadership and team management.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong experience with Java/Go, Microservics and Event Driven

Strong hands-on experience with React.js/VueJs

Excellent knowledge of SQL databases

Experience with NoSQL databases

Strong working experience with AWS cloud services

Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, system design, and scalable architectures

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Leadership & Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers

Drive technical design and architecture decisions

Participate actively in coding and code reviews

Break down complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Ensure engineering best practices, quality, security, and performance

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders

Identify technical risks and proactively drive solutions

Coach team members and support their technical and career development

Ideal Candidate ,You would be a great fit if you:

Have 5–10 years of professional software development experience

Have experience working as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer / Engineering Lead

Have successfully managed or led an engineering team

Are still comfortable being hands-on with development

Have strong problem-solving and system-design skills

Can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Enjoy building high-quality products while helping a team grow
