Technical Lead (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, RESTful API)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based enterprise applications.

• Provide technical guidance to the development team and ensure best coding practices.

• Design scalable, high-performance systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions.

• Review code, ensure quality standards, and drive performance and security improvements.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with leadership experience.

• 6-8 years in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.

• Good knowledge of databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and performance tuning.

• Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
