Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of developers in building full-stack banking applications using Java or ReactJS, and NodeJS.

• Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for banking systems and integrations.

• Work with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices within the banking environment.

• Support integration with core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party services.

Requirements:

• 7 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java (Spring / Spring Boot).

• Hands-on experience in ReactJS and NodeJS for modern web application development.

• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
