Technical Lead (Software Development)

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to guide a team of engineers in designing and delivering scalable software applications. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to build reliable solutions while ensuring strong coding standards and development best practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers

• Design and develop scalable applications and APIs

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on solution design

• Ensure coding standards, documentation, and testing practices

• Support system integration, testing, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 6+ years of Java development experience

• Strong experience in Java, J2EE, SQL/PLSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL and XML

• Familiar with microservices architecture and cloud-native development

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Kafka or messaging platforms is a plus

• Financial services or payment systems experience is advantageous
