Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise platform development. The role will lead technical delivery of cloud-native, enterprise-scale digital platforms and application modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, development, modernization, and integration of enterprise digital platforms.
- Design API-driven, microservices, distributed, and event-driven architectures.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java/Node.js, REST APIs, React/Angular, and TypeScript.
- Drive Azure cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, monitoring, and observability.
- Implement integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar technologies.
- Ensure enterprise security using IAM, RBAC, SSO, TLS, and Azure Key Vault.
- Lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and manage stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
