Technical Lead (Devops, CI,CD, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.

• Drive automation of build, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to enable smooth release cycles.

• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.

• Enforce security best practices, compliance, and infrastructure governance.

• Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership and guidance.

Requirements:

• 9 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles.

• 6-8 years of experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).

• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or Groovy).

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
