Responsibilities
- Maintain deep technical expertise across Corporate Banking technology platforms, especially Card Processing System, Foreign Exchange, Core Banking System, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enable end-to-end solution delivery.
- Lead technical solutioning and system design for projects and system enhancements identify architecture and performance gaps and define remediation plans to improve platform stability, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as technical project manager, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines, resource and budget. Own development planning, system integration design, and delivery execution across multiple applications and platforms.
- Define, implement, comply with technical standards, processes, and best practices for Corporate Banking product and system implementation.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to internal team members and system integration (SI) vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Test Managers, and SI vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality system integration and user acceptance testing cycles.
- Act as Level 3 (L3) production support, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution of critical incidents with minimal business impact.
- Serve as Development Lead for CI/CD platforms, reviewing and approving code changes for Corporate Banking business applications and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards.
Requirements
- Sound domain knowledge in card processing and payment, and at least another three of the following areas, 1) treasury product (FX, fixed income, equity), 2) internet banking/ open banking/ mobile banking, 3) loan origination and credit processing, 4) client origination and account opening, 5) core banking system, 6) accounting and enterprise general ledger, 7) treasury management system.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience within the Corporate Banking domain, with strong understanding of end-to-end banking processes.
- Proven ability to interpret local regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. MAS guidelines) and translate them into technical and architectural implementations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of modern technology stacks, including public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, messaging (MQ), APIs, and microservices architectures.
- Solid experience in enterprise application architecture, system integration, and large-scale implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer-oriented skills.
