We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical architecture, design, and delivery across applications, cloud platforms, integrations, and data systems. The role involves leading technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions in a system integration (SI) / consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

. Lead technical design and architecture across applications, cloud, data, and integrations.

. Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and architecture artifacts.

. Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

. Review solution designs and code to ensure quality, performance, scalability, and security.

. Guide teams on modern architectures such as cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven systems.

Delivery & Implementation

. Oversee end-to-end technical delivery across the SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, and support).

. Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide resolution guidance.

. Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (NFRs): availability, performance, scalability, and security.

. Support deployment, migration, and environment setup activities.

Stakeholder & Team Management

. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.

. Participate in requirement workshops, technical discussions, and design reviews.

. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

. Mentor and guide developers (backend, frontend, data).

. Allocate technical tasks and oversee quality of deliverables.

Governance & Compliance

. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

. Maintain technical documentation including HLD, LLD, ADRs, and runbooks.

. Support audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews.

Pre-Sales Support (SI / Consulting)

. Provide technical inputs for proposals, solutioning, and estimations.

. Support RFP/RFI responses and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system integration, or solution delivery.

. Proven experience leading technical teams in medium to large-scale projects.

. Experience in SI or consulting environments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Backend & Integration

. Strong programming experience in Java, Golang, Node.js, or similar.

. Expertise in REST / GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and middleware integration.

. Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues is a plus.

Frontend

. Working knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.

. Understanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, and API integration.

Cloud & DevOps

. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

. CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.

AI & Data (Good to Have)

. Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.

. Experience integrating AI services/APIs (LLMs, OCR, speech, recommendations).

. Understanding of data pipelines or vector databases is a plus.

Data & Security

. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

. Understanding of security best practices and architecture frameworks

Soft Skills

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

. Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Nice to Have

. Cloud or architecture certifications

. Experience in digital transformation or platform modernization programs
