We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution across multiple product lines. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to ensure both scalability and security while delivering excellent user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Define and oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Work closely with product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on technical contributions when required while guiding long-term engineering direction.
- Manage integrations with third-party services, vendors, and technology partners.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in backend systems (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience building large-scale,secure, transaction-based systems or real-time, consumer-facing applications.
- Proven ability to balance technical oversight with hands-on coding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
