Job Description
Technical Operations Management
- Lead technical facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Project Management
- Manage capital improvement projects, renovations, and major maintenance initiatives from conception through completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all facilities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain required certifications and permits while implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Budget and Cost Management
- Develop and manage technical budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
- Analyze costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings through strategic vendor management and energy optimization.
Team Leadership
- Supervise technical staff, maintenance teams, and coordinate with external service providers.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term facility maintenance plans, lifecycle replacement schedules, and technology upgrade roadmaps.
- Conduct regular building assessments and recommend improvements to enhance property value and operational efficiency.
