Job Description

Position Overview

The Technical Executive serves as a key technical liaison between stakeholders, coordinating project execution, managing technical operations, and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Coordination & Project Management

Oversee technical project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timeline requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and external vendors to maintain project momentum and resolve technical bottlenecks. Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and communicate status updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Operations & Support

Manage day-to-day technical operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. Provide technical support escalation for complex issues requiring senior-level intervention. Ensure operational continuity through proactive identification and mitigation of potential technical risks.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical audiences while articulating business requirements to technical teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications, process workflows, and operational procedures. Prepare regular status reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries for leadership review. Ensure knowledge transfer through detailed documentation of solutions and best practices.

Technical Analysis & Problem-Solving

Analyze technical requirements and evaluate solution alternatives to recommend optimal approaches. Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues and implement corrective actions. Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Engineering, or related technical field and LEW.

Experience: 3-5 years in technical roles with demonstrated project coordination or team leadership responsibilities
