Technical Executive (School of Health and Social Sciences)
[What you will be working on]
Perform scheduled checks and maintenance of IT equipment and update software at designated venues.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Identify shortages or replacements, manage condemnation processes, and place orders.
Provide technical support to users on operating IT equipment and software; liaise with stakeholders to resolve IT issues.
Assist in school system administration and support ICT initiatives, including e-assessment, cybersecurity, network, server, and peripheral maintenance.
Support the School IT team in ongoing technical duties and projects.
Participate in committees, project work, and quality improvement initiatives.
[What we are looking for]
Diploma in IT.
At least 2 years related working experience.
Experience with RPA or Power Automate; programming skills will be an advantage.
The candidate shall also possess the following:
Customer-service oriented, motivated, resourceful, responsible and team-player.
Good diagnostic, problem-solving and time-management skills.
