Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily facilities and property maintenance activities.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance works carried out by technicians and contractors.
Ensure building facilities, equipment and systems are properly maintained.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety requirements and procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
Prepare maintenance reports and update work progress.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance or property maintenance.
Knowledge of building services systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle daily operational matters.
