Job Scope:
- Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services
- Carry out inspection services
- Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects
- Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors
- Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works
- Review contractor proposal for second opinion
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years of experience or working in an government relevant environment
- FSM for high rise building (at least 8 storey and above for commercial building
