Fire Safety Manager

. To conduct monthly Fire Safety Manager Inspection and submission of the monthly report

. To conduct half-yearly Fire Drill (Twice yearly)

. To conduct half yearly Table Top Exercise (Twice yearly)

. To submit the FSM Annual Report to Building Owner

. To set up Fire Safety Committee and Review of the FSC SOP

. To conduct monthly Fire Safety Committee meeting

. To formulate and review of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) from time to time

. To register as Building FSM with SCDF portal

. To involve in annual building FC renewal and endorsement on Fire Certificate Renewal form

. To ensure ALL the fire safety and fire fighting requirements are on working condition at all times.

. To supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises

. To ensure the occupant load of any part of any building does not exceed the capacity prescribed

under the latest Fire Code at all times

. To ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises

. To prepare and submit the Fire risk assessment to building owner

. To prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises

. To provide training, co-ordination and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the

premises in fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies

. To provide training to the occupants in the premises in fire fighting and evacuation in the event of fire

or other related emergencies

. To co-ordinate and supervise the occupants within the premises in fire fighting and in evacuation in

the event of fire or other related emergencies

. To supervise the operation of the Fire Command Centre in the event of fire or other related Once per

. To notify the Commissioner immediately upon the occurrence of any fire incident in the premises

. To organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will

develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe
