Technical Executive cum Fire Safety Manager (FSM) (2 Years Contract)

Join our team as a Technical Executive, where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of facilities management and ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in overseeing daily operations. Supervise, plan, and coordinate a team of on-site contractors for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. Conduct investigations and analyses of reported breakdowns to identify causes and mitigate future occurrences. Perform regular inspections of facilities and systems to verify functionality and reliability. Oversee contractor compliance with contract specifications, including performance evaluations and adherence to requirements. Coordinate with contractors to ensure prompt rectification of defects following service work. Manage upgrading projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in building maintenance, facilities management, mechanical, electrical, real estate management, civil, or structural engineering. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is preferred, along with hands-on experience. Previous experience in government projects is an advantage.
