Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise, guidance, and support during the presales process for CCTV, networking or security technology solutions
Pre-sales support including a full range of company products, network technical solutions, highlights proposals, etc
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features and capabilities of the solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
Engage with customers during the presales process to address technical questions, concerns and offer technical advice and guidance to customers, ensuring their solution needs are met and solved
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry development, competitive products and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings
Provide training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of products and solutions, as well as post-sales activities such as troubleshooting and after-sales support
Work closely with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment on product features and messaging
Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the CCTV, networking or security technology industry
Strong understanding of CCTV, networking or security technologies and market trends
Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals, along with strong problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive solutions to align with customer requirements
Experienced in handling and troubleshooting technical issues
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to CCTV, networking or security technology industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
