Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage installed systems and infrastructure to maintain operational stability and prevent downtime
- Configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools to optimize performance
- Ensure continuous availability of technical resources to support seamless business operations
- Collaborate with Pre-sales and Post-sales teams to address client technical requirements and deliver effective solutions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Identity Management concepts to enhance system support capabilities
- Ability to work independently to manage tasks and resolve technical issues effectively
- Minimum 2 years of system support experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
- Basic understanding of system fundamentals
