Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct RO membrane autopsies and prepare comprehensive analytical reports with product

recommendations.

• Supervise in-house RO membrane chemical cleaning and performance recovery activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Team for New Business Development.
• Maybe assigned to promote specific products / services independently (like the role of Product Manager).
• Execute chemical program site trials, perform water quality analysis, monitor results, and support performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot treatment issues related to cooling water, boiler water, and wastewater systems.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of water treatment systems and components.
• Perform product evaluations, troubleshooting tests, and treatment program development using in house testing equipment.
• Support site activities including data collection, plant investigations, and performance audits.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents such as training materials, product guidelines, case studies, and presentations.
• Conduct technical training for sales teams and agents to enhance product knowledge and application capability.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in products, treatment solutions, and internal work processes.
• Comply with all safety protocols, company values, operating procedures, and regulatory requirement

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 years working experience and above. Exposure to refinery / petrochemical industries will be added advantage.
• Strong interest in hands-on fieldwork, system troubleshooting, and technical analysis.
• Good presentation, communication, persuasion, and technical reporting skills.
• Customer and results oriented.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments locally and overseas.
