RESPONSIBILITIES
. Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
. Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
. Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
. Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
. Support on new product certifications and renewals
. Provide support on company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system
REQUIREMENTS
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
. Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
. Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
