Technical Engineer

• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers

• Building good relationship with customers and supporting of sales team

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions to customers

• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients and internal teams

• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to improve products and provide cost-effective solutions

• Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation

• Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years related experience

• Experience in steam related products is an advantage

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Location: Tagore

• Salary: up to $6500

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
