About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Director / Vice President, Information Technology

To lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions across our financial services platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in FinTech architecture, product innovation, and commercial leadership, with a proven track record in both technical delivery and strategic business development across Asia.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business strategy - ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive platform innovation while engaging with senior stakeholders and clients at the C-suite level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical architecture and product development roadmap for financial technology platforms.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with MAS TRM and industry best practices.
• Partner with business, compliance, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
• Drive FinTech innovation through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Support regional sales and partnership initiatives, leveraging strong networks and senior relationships across Asia's financial sector.
• Provide strategic technology advice to the executive team and contribute to long-term digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

a) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

b) 15+ years of professional experience, with at least:

-12 years in building or leading FinTech platforms.

-10 years in FinTech sales or business development across Asia.

c) Expertise and Skillsets:

-Technical architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

-Product development and lifecycle management

-Data governance, cybersecurity, and MAS TRM compliance

-API integration and financial platform scaling

d) Excellent stakeholdermanagement skills and the ability to build trusted C-suite relationships across the financial services ecosystem.

e) Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex technology programmes.
