Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Theatre, Production, Event Management preferred.
10+ years in technical production or live event operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams and department functions.
Proven track record in managing large-scale live events and productions, including developing operational strategy, structure, and scalable workflows.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience overseeing large and diverse teams, with a focus on delegation, accountability, and team development. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse technical and operational teams.
Deep understanding of production risk, logistics planning, technical requirements, and Health & Safety frameworks.
High-level stakeholder management and commercial acumen to align operations with broader business goals.
Experience with budgetary oversight, supplier negotiations, and resource optimisation at scale.
Ability to operate at both strategic and cross-functional levels, working with creative, client services, and C-suite leaders.
Strong technical knowledge across AV systems, staging, rigging, and logistics.
Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical crews and executive stakeholders.
