TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring that design concepts align with project requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal design teams or external architects to maintain design integrity.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Proven project management experience with a successful track record of managing architectural projects
• Proficient in architectural design and project management software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management
