- The role requires a PEB (Registered in Singapore) with Masters/Degree, from Engineering Consultancy or Design/Architectural Practice with above 15 years of senior-level experience
- Building/Property/Commercial Projects - To provide technical leadership and governance, supporting work winning, design, and multi-disciplinary delivery. Data-centre experience is required
- Act as the key point of accountability, aligning client requirements with technical execution and team performance.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to support the consultancy's growth in allocated market for Building/Property/Commercial
- Provide expertise advice on design quality in projects and develop knowledge sharing capability within the teams.Recommend the needs of software/equipment to meet engineering works.
- Act as a technical adviser for junior colleagues in the design and project management of projects.
