We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking Lending System Modernization program within our Core Banking transformation initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional teams including Business Analysts (BA) and Solution Architects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains
- Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teamsin large-scale transformation programs
- Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles
- Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models
- Experience working with FIS ACBS, Finacle, Flexcube products.
