Role Overview
Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating across technical teams and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams including developers and technical analysts.
- Facilitate solution discussions with technology teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and manage timely resolutions or escalations.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Define and oversee testing strategies and ensure resolution of critical defects.
- Coordinate agile delivery activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Prepare project status updates and facilitate governance meetings.
- Ensure deliverables comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with system integration and API technologies is advantageous.
