Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and decision-making with senior stakeholders in the private banking domain.
Drive solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical architecture.
Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation to maintain delivery integrity.
Ensure compliance with private banking regulations and internal governance frameworks.
Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Proven track record (8+ years) in technical delivery management within the private banking / wealth management domain.
Strong experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and closure.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Solid understanding of private banking products and services (e.g., client onboarding, portfolio management, investment products, regulatory compliance).
Demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional and cross-regional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
