Technical Delivery Lead (Core Banking - Trade Finance, Lending, CASA)

Job Purpose
Lead end-to-end technical delivery of large-scale Core Banking programs across multiple geographies, coordinating multi-vendor teams while ensuring regulatory, architectural, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of Core Banking initiatives covering Trade Finance, Lending, and CASA modules across multiple countries.

• Drive program governance, delivery planning, risk management, and dependency tracking across internal teams and external vendors.

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solution architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

• Oversee system integration, data migration, environment readiness, SIT/UAT, and production cutover activities.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, resiliency, and audit requirements across jurisdictions.

• Act as primary technical escalation point, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in banking technology delivery with strong Core Banking domain expertise (Trade Finance, Lending, CASA).

• Proven experience leading large, multi-vendor, multi-country programs in Tier-1/Regional banks.

• Strong understanding of core banking platforms, integration patterns, APIs, batch processing, and data architectures.

• Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall hybrids, release management, and production cutovers.

• Excellent stakeholder management across business, vendors, regulators, and senior leadership.
