Functional Business Analyst (Cards STP, CASA)

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end banking processes and pain points
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Ensure requirements traceability and support SIT/UAT phases
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• Experience as a Functional Business Analyst in the banking domain
• Hands-on experience in Cards Straight Through Processing (STP) and CASA
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies
• Good understanding of banking products, transactions, and workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
