Technical Controller

Job Description

• To attend a meeting with the consultant/architect
• To supervise and check on-going projects
• To lead a team of skilled workers on structural building works
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognised Unversity or Institution.
• Min. 5 Year(s) of practical experience in the execution of specialist building works of structural steel. (whether in Singapore or overseas)
• Track records to show previous projects that took charge.
• Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
