Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to provide specialized technical expertise and advisory support for oil & gas EPC projects. The role supports engineering, project management, and client teams by delivering technical reviews, recommendations, and solutions across various project phases to ensure technical integrity, compliance, and optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory and consulting support across engineering and project execution activities.

• Review and assess engineering designs, calculations, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.

• Support technical decision-making by providing expert recommendations and risk assessments.

• Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, HAZID, and HAZOP studies as required.

• Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning phases.

• Interface with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to address technical queries and issues.

• Prepare technical reports, assessments, and recommendations for management and clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or related discipline).

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, including senior technical or advisory roles.

• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution, engineering standards, and industry best practices.

• Proven ability to provide independent technical judgment and advisory support.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple consulting assignments.
