Job Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Conduct technical assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and implement customized solutions aligned to client requirements.
- Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration to ensure quality and timelines.
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead or support project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, support).
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting across project stages.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Deliver training for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
- Ensure clients fully leverage implemented solutions.
Post-Implementation Support & Optimization
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Recommend system optimizations and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for additional services to improve client outcomes.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with sales teams on solution alignment.
- Maintain strong client communications to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Key Relationships
Internal: Sales Team, Project Team, Technical Team
External: Partners, Vendors, Consultants
Qualification and Experience Required
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bachelor's in related field acceptable MBA a plus).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes build, backup, and storage technologies.
- Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform.
- Hands-on experience in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams on product quotation and solution processes.
- No travel restrictions.
